Job Purpose:
A strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level platforms and technologies.
Ensures platform solutions align with organizational goals, optimize performance, and support scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Platform Design: Define architecture for enterprise platforms (cloud, on-premises, hybrid) and align strategies with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Technical Leadership: Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, high-performance platforms; provide technical guidance and governance for engineering teams.
Integration and Interoperability: Develop standards and frameworks for seamless platform integration with existing systems and applications; champion interoperability for data sharing and workflow automation.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend solutions; assess and mitigate risks associated with technology decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions; communicate architectural visions and updates.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and security protocols; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze platform performance to identify improvement opportunities; implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Skills:
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform development, or related roles.
Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of data architecture, API integration, and security frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications like TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, or similar are beneficial.
Experience Required:
Minimum 11 years of experience.
Exposure to banking/Insurance sector is preferred.
Major Stakeholders:
Internal: Product Managers, Business Teams, Development Team, SRE, Operations, Senior Management.
Skills:
Cloud, Aws/GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernates, docker, Ci/Cd
