Purpose of the Role:

To drive a high‑performance culture by leading enterprise‑wide performance management, rewards & recognition, and holistic wellbeing programs that enable business outcomes, enhance employee experience, and strengthen employer brand.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Own and continuously evolve the performance management framework aligned to business goals and talent management processes
• Benefits & Wellbeing: Strategize, design, and manage market‑aligned, compliant and creative benefits and wellbeing programs with a strong focus on employee health, engagement, and cost effectiveness.
• Rewards & Recognition: Design and run creative and impactful rewards & recognition programs that reinforce performance, values, excellence, innovation and desired behaviors.
• Digital, AI & Operational Excellence: Lead digitization of performance, benefits, wellbeing, and R&R programs; manage vendors, renewals, analytics, and operational rigor
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR business partners, influencing decisions through data, insights, and external best practices.

Experience:

• Knowledge on MS Office, Power Apps & BI, Reporting, HRMS (Oracle/Workday/Success Factors, etc)
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills with creative story telling
• Stakeholder Management & Cross Team Collaboration

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration/Organization Development or related field
• 4.5-7 years of experience in Talent, Performance, Benefits, and R&R roles.
• Proven strengths in analytics, HR tech, program management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strategic, business‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate people strategies into measurable outcomes.
