Job Summary

The HR Operations Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of a variety of human resources programs to support the organization's employees and managers.

This job supervises a team of professional level employees and is responsible for administering human resources in multiple areas, including personnel records maintenance, background verification, compliance, policy process management, payroll,employee documentation and HR employment issues such as the hiring and terminationprocesses.

• Provide end to end HR support for India, UK and Netherlands region ( Data

Administration, Absence Administration, Exit Management, Benefits Administration,

support HR Tools & Systems and other employee life cycle activities).

• Must have experience of performing background checks with the vendor, coordinating with Manager and Business Area HRs, Register and maintain employees data and personnel files in the core HR system (Workday) and also monitor all the upstream & downstream data flow. Ensure frequent review/governance on data quality on all HR Systems (completeness and correctness of data).
• Must have experience in processing labour application for successful candidates.
• Must have experience of handling International transfers.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and managers to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner.
• Must have hands on experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have strong focus on customer experience improvement KPIs with high attention to time and quality standard.
• Flag pain points and make recommendations to improve the HR services.
• Prepare and deliver HR documents to employees or authorities.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to local and global data protection norms.
• Contribute to timely creation and maintenance of HR process documentation (Process Maps, Knowledge Articles, Work Instructions, etc.) and work with regional / global process owners for alignment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members within the HR Operations Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of processes, incl. cooperation with the Culture and partner team.
• Work on improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional HR programs and processes and to foster team member engagement, motivation, and development.
