Lead Panel Fabrication and Machine Integration

Responsibilities

Core:

• Support Automation & Controls Head by verifying process inputs from PPC timelines, Change Request forms, customer & field feedback, and CAPA.
• Create control panels, perform assembly, and machine wiring for control panels.
• Execute machine function tests with wired control panels (I/O tests, machine settings, and functions).
• Release ITR test protocols for handover to QA for product testing.

Internal Processes:

• Coordinate with Lead Hardware Engineering for purchasing and generate SOB from EPLAN to Team Centre ERP.
• Ensure adherence to business rules related to project execution as per company standards.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS).

People Development:

• Follow global standards (IS, IEC; CE, UL).
• Adhere to company standards, guidelines, and tool platforms.
• Use ACGE Standard Automation Platform for hardware and software.
