Lead- Panel and Machine Integration

Role & responsibilities

• Drive panel & machine integration work for hardware controls systems as per Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

• Monitoring & Managing the function related activities which includes panel fabrication, machine installation & integration.

• Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to • Project timelines from PPC • Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer& Field feedback and CAPA.

• Execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function)

• Release ITR test protocols to hand over to QA for Product testing.

• Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP.

• Awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS)

Candidates Preferred-

• Hands on experience in Panel fabrication & machine installation, Electrical hardware and Schematic design.

• Team Handling experience.

• Candidates willing to relocate to Shirwal Location near Pune in future.
