Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality care, and efficiency in hospital services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security.

Job Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital administration.
• Proven track record as a City Head or Zonal Operations Manager in a large hospital setting.
• Strong background in Compliance Management, Hospital Administration, Lead Operations, Operations Management, Pnl Management.
