? To formulate and ensure implementation of all process and strategies in line with customer/organization business requirement.

? Evaluate service levels, review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and establish and execute action plans.

? Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices and proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse.

? Communicates with customer on operations and service issues

? Monitor and track warehouse, transportation and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities.

? To ensure work processes are in compliance with documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the Warehouse Dock.

? Ensure Warehouse operations safety and security

? Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, Daily inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.

? Manage and lead a group of employees in the location.

? Managing resources required for operation as per contract.

? Responsible to handle IR and all day to day operational problems at site.

? Resolving disputes in a timely manner.

? To improve logistics image by implementing continuous process improvements.

? To provide required inputs to customer and MLL management in case of existing or new contracts.?

? Implementation and monitoring of KPIs as per contract.

? Lead the team to deliver and achieve all KPIs as per target.

? Managing and reviewing individual performance as per KRA.

? Training and development of team.

? Provide training, coaching, and support to assigned personnel to enable them to effectively perform their jobs.

? Define and follow action plan in case of non-achievement of KPIs

? Managing and reviewing Business Associates (BA) performance on monthly basis.

?? Responsible for driving audit activities.

? Exercising remedies, as appropriate, where a contractor?s performance is deficient.

? Presenting site operation reports to Top Management.

? Developing and training deputy as successor.

? Single point contact for the customer for both operational and developmental requirements.

? Processing of customer complaints.

? Initiation and documentation of corrective actions / improvements.

? Reconcile any debit notes raised by customer, demonstrating highest level of analytical approach.

? Maintaining appropriate records.
