As Lead - Operations (Market Expansion), you will own the problem of:

• Where should JobsUPI expand next
• How do we build a strong worker supply in these markets
• What operating model will make these markets work
• And how do we make expansion economically sustainable

You will identify markets, go on-ground, build the supply network, run experiments, track unit economics and create the playbook for scaling.

This is not a role where you support market expansion. You will own it.

What will you own

• Identify the next districts, blocks and villages JobsUPI should enter
• Go on-ground and build worker supply from the ground up
• Understand migration, wages, seasonality and labour availability
• Run experiments across sourcing channels and operating models
• Turn successful experiments into a repeatable expansion playbook
• Work closely with field teams and leadership to drive execution

Who should apply

• Graduate/Post-Graduate from Tier-1 and Tier-2 institutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
• Strong in Excel / data analysis
• Willing to travel frequently and spend time in the field
• Curious about how labour markets actually work
• Obsessed with outcomes, unit economics and execution
• Looking to build something, not just manage something
