Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

• End-to-End Delivery Accountability - Own successful delivery of all critical IT initiatives and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• IT Operations & Service Stability - Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across plants and corporate functions with defined service levels and minimal disruption.
• Business & Plant Alignment - Drive alignment between IT delivery and business / plant priorities through close engagement with senior stakeholders and operational leadership.
• Stakeholder, Governance & Escalation Management - Lead governance forums, provide executive-level reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and handle critical escalations effectively.
• Vendor & Commercial Management - Govern vendors and partners to ensure SLA compliance, delivery quality, cost optimization, and commercial effectiveness.
• Risk, Compliance & Audit Assurance - Ensure adherence to ITGC, ITAC, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements; support audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence - Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery predictability and operational efficiency.
