About this role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Operations / Application Support Lead with strong experience in application and production support, incident management, and team leadership.
Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Application Support and Production Support.
- Hands-on experience in Incident Management and Ticket Management.
- ServiceNow is mandatory.
- Strong experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and issue resolution.
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and support processes.
- Must have experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager.
- Strong People Management and Team Management experience.
- Ability to monitor tickets, SLAs, team performance, and production issues.
- Good coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.
