Lead Network & Infrastructure

• Manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and connectivity.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, and Threat Prevention.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor infrastructure, servers, applications, and networks using PRTG.
• Support network security, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, and incident response.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and audit evidence.
• Work with vendors on infrastructure procurement, licensing, renewals, and support.

Required Skills

• 710 years of experience in Network & Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, and VPNs.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Windows & Linux Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with PRTG or similar monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of network and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Jenkins/CI/CD is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
