Lead .NET Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead. NET Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in. NET technologies, hands-on experience building and deploying microservices, and a solid understanding of software design patterns. Experience with Angular or React is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using the. NET framework (. NET Core /. NET 6+).
• Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions.
• Apply software design patterns and industry best practices to build scalable, maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and solution design discussions.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attending sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of hands-on development experience using. NET /. NET Core.
• Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
• Solid experience building and deploying microservices, including REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and containers.
• Strong understanding and practical application of software design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, Repository, Dependency Injection, and CQRS.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Agile development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good To Have:

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
