Team: AI Architecture – Central AI Function
Title: Lead AI Engineer
Educational Qualification: BTech / MTech from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, NSUT, DTU, IIITs, or other premier engineering institutes, with relevant experience.
Experience: 3-4 Years
Job Objective: We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer with 3 - 4 years of experience to join the AI architecture team. You will work closely with the AI head Architect to build cutting edge POCs on core AI platform components spanning traditional data science, deep learning, and advanced agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype and evaluate new AI/ML methodologies, transitioning research papers and opensource models into functional POCs and scalable AI platform components.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems and stateful workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and modern LLM orchestration tools.
- Validate and optimize traditional machine learning and statistical models for business-critical applications. Write clean, modular, and maintainable Python code, integrating models with APIs, databases, and user-facing services.
Required Technical Stack & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Good working knowledge of DS theory, including classification, regression, clustering, ranking methods and evaluation.
- Good foundation in Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, and deep learning libraries (PyTorch or TensorFlow). Should be aware with model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen). Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

Ability to understand Business challenges and define solutions aligned to the needs.
