Lead ML Engineer

Requirements:

• Should have worked on RL / feedback loops engineering.
• Full-stack ML expertise; core ML implementation as well as led/worked with teams, including ML platform engineering. Seen the 0-1 journey of setting up an ML practice in a company.
• Some pedigree; either in an AI company or a top college (IIT; high ranks).
• arXiv papers are a great signal.
• Should be able to handle setting up an ML team and help set up ML infra for data collection and usage.
• Set up feedback loops and apply ML. Also, some transition to modern AI pipelines from classic ML is needed; it's kind of the evolution of the field.
