ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems.

We are seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to lead major technical initiatives and establish engineering direction across a rapidly scaling technology organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define technical strategy for critical systems.

• Lead multi-team architecture and engineering initiatives.

• Establish engineering standards and technical principles.

• Solve the company's most challenging technical problems.

• Influence product and platform strategy.

• Mentor senior technical talent.

• Drive execution across ambiguous, high-impact projects.

• Partner with leadership on long-term technology decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of engineering experience.

• Exceptional technical architecture and system design skills.

• Experience leading complex engineering programs.

• Strong cross-functional influence.

• Excellent communication and technical judgment.

• Proven ability to operate at organizational scale.

• Experience in managing teams of experienced engineers

• Cross-functional project management experience

NICE TO HAVE

• AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or Kubernetes.

• Scale-up experience
