Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 20+ years with Oil and Gas industry with added advantage of Upstream and Offshore facilities .
- Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams.
- Good knowledge of piping design techniques, material and piping codes / standards
- Proficient in Piping Stress Analysis . Certification is advantage . Able to anlayse in CAESAR-II software
- Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- API certification is an advantage.
- Experienced in Piping Design as per ASME standards.
- Standard tools required are : AutoCAD 2D, PDMS, Smart plant, Naviswork
- Hands-on Experience with AutoCAD in developing Plant Layouts / Main Piping Layouts/ Pipe support.
- Exposure to project planning software/tools.
- Experience with Share Point for document management.
- Interaction with structural engineering team members
