Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement process for materials required in luxury hotel and resort construction projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor partnerships.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• B.Com, MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the hotel & resorts construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sound knowledge of market trends, material specifications, and vendor management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
