Lead Marketing - NRI Services & Forex

Build growth at the intersection of global Indians, banking, and cross-border experiences. We are looking for a Lead Marketing NRI Services & Forex (10-14 years’ experience) to drive marketing for one of Kotak's most strategic growth businesses.

This is a leadership role for someone who can blend customer understanding, brand building, digital marketing, partnerships, content, and business growth. You'll work on a customer segment with unique needs across banking, investments, remittances, travel, forex, and wealth creation, shaping how Kotak engages with Indians living and working across the world.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build plans, drive execution, influence stakeholders, and independently take initiatives from idea to impact.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end marketing for NRI Services and Forex
• Build customer-led propositions, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, content, D2C, partnerships, events, and media
• Drive acquisition, engagement and relationship deepening across NRI segments
• Partner closely with business leaders, product teams, analytics, agencies, and distribution teams
• Lead key marketing programs from strategy to execution and measurement
• Build scalable content and communication journeys across the customer lifecycle
• Manage and develop a small team while driving cross-functional collaboration

Who We're Looking For:

• 10-14 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital or consumer businesses
• MBA from a premier institute preferred
• Experience in financial services, consumer brands, consumer-tech, travel, payments, or global businesses is desirable
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and modern marketing channels
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving initiatives independently
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Prior experience managing teams is preferred, though large team management experience is not mandatory
