Lead Manufacturing (Milk / Dairy Products)

Role & responsibilities:

We are hiring for one of the client into Flavored Beverages . They are into Plant based & Dairy based production.

Looking for a Lead who can Drive a structured manufacturing excellence program across all the plants by improving OEE, throughput, yield, labor productivity, line efficiency, cost per unit, changeover time, equipment reliability and overall operational performance, while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Who can establish and drive common engineering standards, policies, SOPs and maintenance systems across all the factories. Develop engineering KPIs and dashboards covering OEE, equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, breakdowns, maintenance cost and energy consumption. Conduct periodic engineering audits and reviews across plants. Benchmark plant engineering performance and drive best-practice sharing.

Preferred candidate profile :

6-10 years of experience in manufacturing/operations excellence, preferably in food, dairy, beverage processing industry.

• Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.

• Good understanding of food manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP and food safety systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

• B.E in Mech, Electrical, Production, Manufacturing / Food technology background preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Though this Head office based role, however should be willing to Travel across Manufacturing Plants (Third Party too).
