Lead management (Hospitality)

Responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below -

● Proactive approach for lead qualification and assigning.

● Manage all the leads, check for qualifications, and assign them to sales managers as per LMT rule book. Manage Pipedrive (CRM).

● Add proper notes for every incoming lead.

● Maintain a Google sheet for tracking the lead status.

● Handle website live chat and internal LMT what'sApp group.

● Lead source - Website live chat, direct emails (Request demo, app signup & internal submissions) and Lead management internal Whats App group.

● Daily Pipedrive leads status report.

Expected to have the following specialist skills, knowledge and experience: -

● Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manners.

● Ability to work independently and under pressure.

● Good verbal and written skills.

● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

● A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following: - Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM.
