Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Responsibilities

• Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for thecustomers under purview.
• Key Activities include: All file management activities post booking.
• Documentation.
• System Updates.
• Operational finance.
• Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exceptionhandling.
