Lead Loan Documentation Processor

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Documentation Processor.

• Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loans
• Review the most complex legal, appraisal, and title information
• Prepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursements
• Monitor the loan disbursement process
• Perform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
• Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures
• Identify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goals
• Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation team
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate Loan Documentation team on generating loans, as well as technical and legal guidance within matters related to loan documentation

• 4+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Demonstrate proficiency in all core job responsibilities at or above the expected competency level within the peer group.
• Conduct error analysis and deliver targeted refresher training sessions to improve team performance.
• Mentor, coach, and monitor new team members to support their successful onboarding and performance development.
• Obtain the AI-200 Certification.
• Actively contribute to process discussions, team meetings, and business-related calls.
• Contribute at least one process improvement, best practice, Loudspeaker idea, or efficiency-enhancement initiative
