Job Objective

• Identification of Training needs and plan annual Learning initiatives.
• Facilitate the delivery and administration of the Learning and Development initiatives
• Assist in implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.
• Drive Talent reviews, Employee Engagement surveys, Action planning & implementation and periodic review.
• Implement Employee Engagement strategy in conjunction with HR Head & Functional Heads.

Primary responsibilities
Strategic and planning

• Preparation of annual training calendar, engagement calendar, talent reviews with HODs.
• Facilitate Talent development and management initiatives across ACGE Central functions
• Preparation and monitoring of Learning & Development budget.

Functional
Core:

• Assess learning needs through Individual Development Plans, business priorities and functional requirements in consultation with managers
• Design, plan, organize, learning initiatives for all associates across ACGE Central functions.
• Ensure maximum coverage of associates for the Training programs through effective follow-ups and maintenance of attendance records.
• Obtain, organize and circulate the relevant course materials such as handouts, online courses outline of Edx portal.
• Measure and monitor the Learning Effectiveness index.
• Identification of trainers for behavioural and technical trainings.
• Preparation of Learning dashboard and sharing the same with functions.
• Maintaining relevant training records in line with ISO and other specified standards.
• Identification of the Talent pool of high performers and high potential associates.
• Developing and maintaining the development plans for the Talent pool.
• Collaborate with ACGE COE and Corporate HR to roll out group wide talent development and talent management initiatives.
• Creation of behavioural training modules and provide trainings as and when required
• Facilitating the Performance Management process end to end
• Managing PIP process and monitoring the progress.
• Preparation of data for corporate and internal audits. Ensure compliance of the same.
• Plan & execute annual employee engagement calendar and Sports events.
• Participate & arrange forums like Lets connect, Helpdesk, and so on.
• Preparation and publishing bulletins, flyer etc on various occasion
• Cascading various initiatives, events of Corporate to plants/ regions.

Internal process

• Overseas the capability development & execution of L&D cycle with using online tools.
• Overseas the development of talent pool & critical talent through talent Management cycle.
• Overseas the execution of organization drives as per the plan
• Ensures timely execution of MAPS (PMS)cycle
• Ensure timely hiring by using SF portal
• Submitting HR reports monthly

Minimum Requirement Desired Level of Education

PG in HRCertification in Psychology

Experience 5 to 7 years
