Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain highly scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance Microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs for high-volume distributed systems.
• Participate in High-Level Design (HLD) discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
• Perform code reviews and ensure application quality, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Implement event-driven architectures using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation activities.
• Optimize application performance through efficient use of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Contribute to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, including Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Memory Management, and JVM concepts.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Distributed Systems and scalable application architecture.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
