Lead Java Developer-Immediate joiner

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build microservices which aligns with the design principles laid out by organization.
• Participate in code review and ensure that high quality code is delivered.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

• Work closely with solution architect and development manager for the translation of proposed high-level solutions to detailed technical solutions and deliver it end-to-end.
• Contribute to the project documentation including high-level design, low level design, API specifications etc.
• Manage a team of at least 3 -5 members ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Participate in sprint planning and estimations.
• Drive development of various PoCs including scope, high level design, low level design and PoC development.
