Experience: 5+ years in IT Recruitment, including team handling

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters and drive daily recruitment targets.
• Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract, and Permanent hiring requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within TAT.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Train and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, and client coordination.
• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
