Lead - IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced IT leader with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management IT Infrastructure, and Network Security, to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites & large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities (ATS-Optimized Keywords Embedded)

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including:
• SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Endpoint Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Access Governance
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud Computing AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Servers, Storage)
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning
• Manage IT Asset Lifecycle Management & User Access Provisioning
• Lead large-scale teams and IT Service Delivery for 700+ users at various site
• Handle Vendor Management, SLA Management, IT Projects & Digital Transformation
• Drive Automation, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, SolarWinds, etc.) & Performance Optimization

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity
• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations & large team management
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure)
