Job Summary

Lead Interior Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• A. Design Leadership & Management
  • Lead and manage the interior design engineering team.
  • Review and approve interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
  • Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
  • Allocate design tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• B. Technical Design & Engineering
  • Prepare and review detailed working drawings, including:
    • Furniture layout and partition drawings.
    • False ceiling and lighting layouts.
    • Flooring and wall-finish details.
    • Joinery and custom furniture details.
    • Electrical and MEP coordination drawings.
    • Sections, elevations, and construction details.
  • Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and site-executable.
  • Review technical specifications and construction methodologies.
  • Identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.
