Lead Incident Management

A) Educational Qualification:

4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, OR MCA (full-time). OR M.E./M.Tech (full-time) in the same fields, from a

Government-recognized university/institution.

(Total Experience: 12 years)

B) Experience :

• At least 8 years' experience in conducting IT Risk assessments, compliance audits, and VAPT activities.
• Any industry-recognized certification related to information security shall be preferred.
• Experience with State/Central Govt. projects shall be preferred.

C) Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end incident management process for security and operational incidents .
• Coordinate IT risk assessments, compliance audits and VAPT exercises, and track remediation to closure.
• Establish and maintain incident response playbooks. escalation matrices and SLAs.
• Oversee monitoring/SOC functions to detect, triage and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Prepare root-cause analysis and post-incident reports with corrective and preventive action plans.
• Coordinate with the CISO/Data Privacy Officer on reporting of significant incidents to competent authorities.
