We are seeking an experienced PT/TDM Lead to lead Performance Testing and Test Data Management activities across enterprise applications and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining performance testing strategies, managing test data requirements, ensuring environment readiness, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes that support business and operational objectives. The role requires expertise in performance engineering, workload modeling, test data provisioning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement Performance Testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop test plans, workload models, and performance test scenarios.
- Execute Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance, and Scalability testing.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
- Monitor system behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Establish performance benchmarks and service level objectives (SLOs).
Test Data Management (TDM)
- Develop and implement Test Data Management strategies and governance.
- Manage test data creation, masking, subsetting, provisioning, and refresh activities.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate test data availability across SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Production Validation environments.
- Implement automation and optimization of test data provisioning processes.
- Support environment management and data reconciliation activities.
- Maintain data quality and consistency across testing environments.
Leadership Governance
- Lead PT/TDM teams and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Provide test readiness reports, KPI dashboards, and executive updates.
- Define standards, processes, and governance frameworks for PT/TDM functions.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Quality Engineering practices.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
