Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MS .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET 8, Microservices, React, Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices while providing technical leadership to development teams and collaborating closely with client stakeholders.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor team members, drive engineering best practices, and deliver high-quality, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET 8, C#, and Microservices architecture.
• Establish coding standards, design guidelines, and development best practices.
• Provide technical direction, architecture governance, and solution recommendations.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with client teams, architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Application & Microservices Development

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices-based applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Ensure application resilience, fault tolerance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Cloud & DevOps

• Design, build, and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize Azure PaaS services such as:
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Azure Storage
  • Redis Cache
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Quality & Performance

• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated validation processes.
• Drive performance optimization, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting initiatives.
• Implement code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Technical Expertise

• 10+ years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, C#
  • REST APIs and Microservices
  • SQL Server
  • React, Redux
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+
  • Material UI, HTML5, CSS3
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Expertise in Azure cloud architecture and services.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience with OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, and application security best practices.
• Proficiency in Git-based source code management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and observability frameworks.
• Exposure to GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Experience in enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
