Lead II - Software Engineering

Role Description Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure application quality. Optimize application performance and scalability. Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17+) Spring Boot and Spring Framework RESTful Web Services Hibernate/JPA SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) Maven or Gradle Git/GitHub/GitLab Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Microservices Architecture Exception Handling and Multithreading Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito) Preferred Skills Spring Security Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Redis or Elasticsearch Agile/Scrum methodology
