Role Description Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Services, or Logic Apps.
• Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools.
• Design and develop reports using SSRS and Power BI.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide technical guidance and functional support to business users.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend performance improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–10 years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end CRM implementation.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Knowledge of ALM and Solution Management.
• Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
