Job Description – C/C++ Developer Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Trivandram

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled

C/C++ Developer with strong programming expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile environments, good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C and C++.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code following coding standards.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and update project artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C and C++ development.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Golang.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with system programming, multithreading, and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
