Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Build scalable and reusable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.

OmniStudio Development

• Develop OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• Implement end-to-end business processes using OmniStudio capabilities.

Configuration & Customization

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
