Lead I - Data Engineering - Snowflake_TVM/ Kochi

Role Description UST is looking for a skilled Snowflake Engineer with expertise in PySpark to join dynamic team with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining Snowflake data warehouses, with a specific emphasis on leveraging PySpark for ETL processes. Responsibilities: Snowflake Data Warehouse Management: Design, implement, and maintain Snowflake data warehouses to meet the organization's business requirements. Optimize and troubleshoot Snowflake database performance. ETL Development with PySpark:Develop and implement ETL processes using PySpark to extract, transform, and load data into Snowflake. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data flow between systems. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Snowflake Engineer with a focus on PySpark. Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database design. Experience optimizing and tuning Snowflake databases for performance. Proficiency in PySpark for ETL processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Snowflake.
