Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Finance Systems role: About the Role: Retail finance experience is mandatory. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional systems teams to document systems requirements and understand their impact on other teams.
• Work with development teams to translate business operational and functional requirements.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
• Research, analyse, and evaluate alternative solutions, including business process changes, recommending the most applicable and cost-effective options.
• Foster strong relationships with finance stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• An experienced Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge and understanding of financial business processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse existing systems and propose enhancements.
• Ideally, experience working with Agile methodology, including writing user stories and features.
• Experience working in an Oracle Fusion Financials environment would be advantageous.
