Lead I - Business Analysis - ERP, Snow

Role Description Job Description The Solutions Consultant will be part of UST Bizapps Solutions team and will play a key role in driving presales, solutioning, and pursuit support for enterprise transformation deals across leading platforms ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP. The candidate will work closely with practice leaders, sales, delivery, and cross-functional teams to shape compelling, win-themed solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end presales and solutioning for enterprise BizApps engagements across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP. Lead and contribute to high-quality responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs including solution decks, executive summaries, commercial proposals, and statements of work (SOWs). Conduct client discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap analyses to translate business needs into structured solutions. Develop solution architecture, effort estimation, resource loading, pricing, and cost models in collaboration with delivery and pricing teams. Partner with cross-practice teams CIS, CyberProof, Data & AI, and BizApps platform teams to construct integrated, differentiated solutions. Build and curate reusable assets including frameworks, accelerators, point-of-views (POVs), case studies, and client-ready demos. Drive account mining and pursuit support for strategic and named accounts. Conduct continuous research on industry trends, emerging AI/GenAI use cases, and competitive intelligence to enrich solutions. Manage stakeholders effectively across client and UST leadership through clear, executive-grade communication. Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and consulting mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft executive-grade narratives. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for high-quality deliverables. Exposure or strong interest in enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) good to have. Working understanding of AI/GenAI, cloud, and digital transformation trends. Comfort working across global time zones with international clients and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple parallel pursuits. Strong ownership, collaboration, and learning agility.
