Minimum 3+ years of experience developing test deliverables like test plan/strategy, test cases, test data creation. Key Responsibilities

Gather And Analyze Healthcare Benefits Business Requirements Translate requirements into functional/system and API specifications Analyze API inventory, usage, data volume, and lifecycle decisions Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate solutions Support data-driven and AI-enabled solution initiatives Drive requirement documentation, testing support, and release planning

Required Skills Healthcare benefits domain knowledge Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirement gathering and stakeholder management experience Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively Familiarity with Agile and enterprise solution delivery environments JOB RESPONSIBILITY Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack solutions. Strategy, Coverage & Reviews: Reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements. Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical support and career development. Innovation & Research. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's/master s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Experience Technical Experience: Database:- Oracle, Mongo Other Skills:- Understanding of Json, webservices Process Tools:- Jira, confluence Programming Skills:- Java/Python with any IDE knowledge Preferable skills:- AI powered tools, Cucumber BDD and CI/CD integration knowledge

Preferred Experience Agile & Scrum Methodologies Disaster recovery, Vulnerability, Security & Performance Optimization validation AI & Machine Learning Integration (optional but valuable)

Skills And Competencies Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs. Database Management: SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Agile Project Management:- Jira
