Lead - Human Resource (TA, PMS & IR)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during recruitment processes.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  
• Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS), Industrial Relations (IR), Recruitment Compliance.
