Lead - HR Technology & BHR

Role Purpose – The incumbent will be responsible for driving the organization's HR digital transformation by managing HR technology platforms and Business HR for few business functions.

Key Responsibilities –

HR Technology role:

• Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate HR processes.
• Evaluate and implement new HR technology solutions
• Oversee system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and releases and ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
• Automate HR workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Liaison with in-house technology team and vendors to implement technology solutions, workflows and integrations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
• Prepare dashboards to evaluate multiple KPIs

Business HR

• Partner with business heads and HR stakeholders to understand employees needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Drive key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, efficiency, attrition, talent and other key people metrics to support business decisions.
• Support organization design, role mapping and manpower planning in alignment with business strategy.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on employee lifecycle matters and people-related decisions.
• Drive change management and adoption of new HR processes, policies and technology solutions across the organization.
• Work closely with COEs and HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and employee initiatives.

Required Qualifications –

• MBA from Tier 1 institute and 8+ years of experience
• Experience of working on automations and technology solutions implementations
