To manage entire core HR operation role.

- Strong communication skills, comfortable holding conversations with employees at all levels as well as external vendors
- A dynamic, proactive personality who can work in a fast-moving environment
- Confident, articulate speaker with good presence
- Hands-on experience in core HR operations (employee lifecycle, vendor management)
