Lead - HR Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
• Conduct and manage Background Verification (BGV) process, including vendor coordination, follow-ups, and closure

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience in BGV and exit processes
• Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
