Lead - HR & Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, HR, and compliance operations.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Manage payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and employee-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, labour welfare, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve employee grievances.
• Assist in HR policies, SOPs, audits, and process improvements.
• Prepare HR/Admin reports, MIS, and compliance reports for management.
• Support internal and external HR/statutory audits.
• Handle disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Lead and coordinate the Admin/HR support team.
