Lead - Hire To Retire

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Candidate Expectations: Support the HR Admin transaction processing to cover processes like employee data changes, terminations/ retirements, new hires etc.
• Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs
• Escalation Management Identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate org-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
• Train and develop team members
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance
• Create developmental plans for each team member
• Create the back-up plan for handling of unforeseen or seasonal volume fluctuations
• Ensures process compliances, Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client & internal commitments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations Results and deadline driven
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
• Experience of in Team handling
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation
• Good to have Excellent customer management negotiation skills.
