Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: -

• Mandatory US Healthcare experience of more than 3 years is required. Work on claims configuration issue and perform root cause analysis. Knowledge in Claims adjudication, Provider appeals & Grievances is preferred.
• MS Office skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
• Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends and make suggestions for improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
