Lead Hardware Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for automotive/EV applications.
Define hardware architecture and select appropriate electronic components.
Design, develop, and validate analog and digital circuits.
Develop high-voltage (HV) isolation and protection circuits for battery systems.
Design and validate power supply circuits, including DC-DC converters and related modules.
Ensure hardware compliance with EMI/EMC requirements and support testing activities.
Perform schematic design, design reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with software, system, mechanical, and testing teams for product development.
Support prototype build, hardware bring-up, and validation activities.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to automotive quality, safety, and reliability standards.

Job Requirements :

• 7-11 years Strong experience in BMS Hardware Development (Mandatory).
Expertise in Hardware Architecture and Circuit Design.
Knowledge of HV Isolation, Power Supply Design, and EMI/EMC.
Experience in automotive or EV electronics development.
7 to 10 years of relevant hardware engineering experience.
