Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers

Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for digital & print

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign assets

Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Experience in digital marketing creatives, social media graphics, and UI mockups
