    Job Purpose


    This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited

    Duties and Responsibilities


  1. Planning Internal Concurrent Audits
  2. Drive internal audits of Gold Loans processes and enforce controllership
  3. Ensure tracking closure of identified compliance issues
  4. Cover existing processes as well as new processes rolled out
  5. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
  6. Identify process improvement areas
  7. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
  8. Discussing observations highlighted with process owners capture responses
  9. Presenting report to Heads Process Owners along with finalized responses


    10. Required Qualifications and Experience


  10. CA / MBA or equivalent
  11. Experience in internal audit / Risk assessment function of lending business
  12. Proficient in audit and compliance frameworks
  13. Experience in data analysis and report drafting
  14. Excellent Excel Power Point proficiency
  15. Positive attitude and team player
  16. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  17. Ability to minimize operational risks including deep understanding of audit and compliance
