Role: Lead Generator

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads from builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
• Track upcoming construction projects and identify elevator/escalator requirements.
• Contact prospective customers and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain lead data and follow up with potential customers.
• Update CRM records and achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in lead generation or real estate/construction is preferred.
• Target-oriented with strong networking and follow-up skills.
